These terms are a contract between you and [company legal name], [company address] ("we"). They apply when you use Ad Reply. If you use it for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company.
The service
Ad Reply reads comments under your Facebook and Instagram ads. It can reply to comments, like them, hide them, send you alerts, and count objections per ad. Ad Reply is in early access. We add accounts by hand, and features can change.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, and you must use the service for a business.
- Keep your password and your email account safe, because sign-in links go there.
- You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, and for the people you add to it.
Your Meta accounts
You must have the right to connect each Page, Instagram account, and ad account. You must follow the terms of Meta, and the rules for your ads. Ad Reply is not affiliated with Meta. If Meta changes or limits its service, some features can stop working.
Preview mode, live mode, and your decisions
Each new ad account starts in preview mode. When you turn on live mode, you tell Ad Reply to act for you on new comments: it posts replies and likes in the name of your Page or account, and it hides comments. You are responsible for these actions, and for your settings and knowledge text.
AI can make mistakes
Ad Reply uses AI. It can give a comment the wrong type, hide a comment that should stay, or write a poor or wrong reply. We use checks to limit this, but we cannot remove the risk. Check your Activity and Review pages regularly. If an answer must be exactly right, such as legal, medical, or safety information, do not leave it to Ad Reply.
Your content
Your website, knowledge text, and account data stay yours. You give us the right to use them only to run the service for you. You confirm that you have the right to give us this content, and that using it for you does not break the law. You also confirm that you have a legal basis to process the comments under your ads, and that you tell people what they need to know under privacy law.
What you must not do
- Use the service to mislead people, to harass them, or to break the law.
- Use it to hide comments that the law requires you to keep visible.
- Try to break into the service, overload it, or get data of another workspace.
- Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service, unless the law allows it.
Fees
Each workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed. Plans start at $49 per month, and the Pricing page has all plans and limits. Stripe takes the payment. A plan renews each month or each year until you cancel it, and you can cancel it in the app. If you cancel, the plan runs until the end of the period that you paid for, and we do not pay back the rest of that period, unless the law requires it. Extra AI replies never expire, and we do not pay them back once you bought them, unless the law requires it. Fees do not include taxes, unless we say so. If we change a price, we tell you first, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
No promise of results
We do not promise more sales, a better ROAS, or any other result. The research on our website is about other tests, and it is not a result of Ad Reply.
Stopping
You can stop at any time. To close your account, write to us on the contact page. We can suspend or close an account if it breaks these terms, puts the service at risk, or does not pay. We delete data as the Privacy Policy says.
Warranty
We provide the service as it is, and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we give no other warranty. This includes fitness for a purpose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, lost data, or indirect damage. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit, such as for fraud.
Changes
If we change these terms, we change the date at the top. If a change is important, we tell account owners by email before it applies.
Law
The law of [country] applies, and its courts decide any dispute. This does not remove any right that the law of your country gives you and that a contract cannot change.
