What uses a credit
One AI reply uses one credit.
That is an answer to a buyer, a question, or a thank you. A draft that waits in Review also uses one credit.
Hiding uses no credits.
Reading a comment, hiding it, and liking it are free in each plan, up to your comment limit.
Your own replies use no credits.
A reply that you write in the app is always free.
A failed draft uses no credits.
If no reply comes out, because the draft did not pass the checks, Ad Reply gives the credit back.
What happens at a limit
1. No AI replies left
Ad Reply still hides harmful comments. Buyer questions wait for you in Review. You can write the answer, or buy more replies.
2. No comments left
Ad Reply keeps working up to 2 times your limit, and it tells you by email. Above that, it stops reading comments until the next month.
3. The trial ends
Ad Reply stops reading new comments, and nothing else changes on your ads. Comments that it hid stay hidden, and you can still unhide them.
Questions about pricing
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts when you make a workspace. It includes 1,000 comments, 100 AI replies, and 1 website.
What if I pick a plan during the trial?
You keep the free days. Stripe takes the first payment when the trial ends, if more than 2 days are left. If fewer are left, the first payment is at once.
What happens to credits at the end of the month?
Monthly credits reset on the first day of each month (UTC). Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
Can I buy more AI replies?
Yes. On a paid plan, 250 more AI replies cost $15. They never expire, and Ad Reply uses them after your monthly credits.
Does preview mode use credits?
Yes. In preview mode Ad Reply still writes each draft, so that you can read it. Each draft uses one credit, and nothing is posted.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan or cancel it in Settings in the app. If you cancel, the plan runs until the end of the period that you paid for.
Do prices include taxes?
No. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes.
