What happens to each comment

  1. 1. It reads the comment

An AI gives the comment a type, such as scam, rival claim, mockery, buyer question, or praise.

  2. 2. It follows your rules

Pure code decides what each type gets. If Ad Reply is not sure, the comment stays visible and waits in Review.

  3. 3. It logs the result

Preview mode logs what it would hide. Live mode hides the comment on Meta. You see each one in Activity.

What keeps hiding fair

  • If a step fails, the comment stays visible.

An error never hides a comment.

  • You have the last word.

If you unhide a comment, Ad Reply never hides it again.

  • Customer complaints stay visible.

A complaint about an order goes to Review, and Ad Reply can tell you by email or Slack. You can change this in Settings.

  • Hidden is not deleted.

Ad Reply hides comments. It does not delete them, so you can bring one back.
