Log in with Facebook. Ad Reply finds your Pages, Instagram accounts, and ad accounts.
2. Add your website
Ad Reply reads your website and writes a knowledge text. You read it, edit it, and confirm it.
3. Read the log

4. Set your rules
In Settings, you choose how Ad Reply treats each type of comment, and where complaints go.
5. Turn on live mode
One switch per ad account. Ad Reply then acts on new comments as they arrive.
6. Check Review
Unsure comments and answers that did not pass the check wait for you in Review.
Two modes, one switch
Preview mode
Ad Reply reads each comment and logs what it would do. Nothing changes on the ad. Each new ad account starts here.
Live mode
Ad Reply acts on new comments. You turn it on per ad account, and you can turn it off with the same switch.
What happens to one comment
1. Read
A new comment arrives from Meta. If it is not on an ad, Ad Reply drops it and does not store its text.
2. Decide
An AI gives the comment a type. Then pure code decides what that type gets, based on your rules.
3. Act or wait
Ad Reply replies, likes, or hides. If it is not sure, it does nothing on the ad, and the comment waits in Review.
4. Log
Each step shows in Activity. You can unhide any comment, and Ad Reply never hides it again.
