The basics
What does Ad Reply do?
It reads each comment under your Meta ads. It answers buyers from your website, replies to other comments, hides harmful comments, and counts the objections per ad.
Which platforms does it work on?
Facebook and Instagram ads. It does not read comments on your other posts.
How much does it cost?
Each plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed. Plans start at $49 per month. The Pricing page has all plans.
How do I get started?
Create an account on the Sign up page. Connect your Meta ad account, and it starts in preview mode. No card is needed for the 14-day free trial.
Your ads and comments
Will it change my ads?
No. It reads your ads and spend. It never changes a budget, a campaign, or a creative.
Can I test it first?
Yes. Each new ad account starts in preview mode. Ad Reply logs what it would do, and nothing changes on the ad.
Does it hide all negative comments?
No. It hides spam, scams, mockery, and rival claims. A complaint about an order stays visible and goes to Review. A polite dislike gets a draft reply that waits in Review. You can change both in Settings.
What if it hides the wrong comment?
You can unhide it in the app, and Ad Reply never hides it again. Hidden comments are not deleted.
What if it is not sure?
The comment stays visible and waits for you in Review. If a step fails, the comment also stays visible.
Can it send direct messages?
Not yet.
Answers and AI
Where do the answers come from?
From your knowledge text and your website. If a draft has a link, code, or number that is not in them, Ad Reply removes it.
Can I edit what it knows?
Yes. You can edit the knowledge text in Settings. A monthly scan never overwrites a line that you typed.
Does every answer go out by itself?
No. An answer goes out by itself only if it passes the code check and a second AI scores it at least 80%. All other answers wait in Review.
Will it reply too often?
It never replies to a reply. It replies once per person per ad, and it stops at 20 replies per Page per hour.
Data and privacy
How long do you keep comments?
Comment text, author names, and author IDs are deleted after 90 days. The numbers stay.
How do I delete my data?
Write to us on the contact page and pick the topic "Privacy or data deletion".
Is Ad Reply part of Meta?
No. Ad Reply is not affiliated with Meta. It connects to your accounts when you log in with Facebook.
