Which comment gets what
1. Praise
Praise gets a like on Facebook and a question. Praise from a person who already bought gets thanks.
2. Other comments
A comment that is not harmful, and not a buyer question, gets a question that fits it. A comment that talks to a friend gets no reply.
3. Polite dislike
A draft waits in Review, unless you change this in Settings.
What keeps replies from getting spammy
No reply to a reply.
The AI answers the first comment. It does not continue a thread by itself.
One reply per person per ad.
A person who comments three times gets one AI reply on that ad.
An hourly limit.
Ad Reply stops at 20 replies per Page per hour.
Nothing goes out in preview mode.
Preview mode logs the reply it would send. Live mode sends it.
